Limescale Reduction & Equipment Protection

Why is KDF media less effective for high-heat applications? KDF media effectively inhibits microbial growth and reduces heavy metals, but it is less effective in extreme temperatures. Espresso machines and boilers require polyphosphate-based scale inhibitors (found in the 7CB5-S) for optimal scale prevention.

We use Australia Post eParcel as well as various Couriers to dispatch all orders both within Australia and Internationally. If you are in Sydney you will also be able to select from same day 3 hour couriers, or click and collect from our warehouse in Pagewood just 10 minutes from Sydney CBD.

Orders placed before 2pm AEST will be despatched on the same working day, and both Australia Post and the couriers we use deliver parcels Monday to Friday, generally between the hours of 8am to 6pm. All our stock is 'Australian Delivered' as such covered by Australian Warranty which in most cases is manufacturer backed. The warranty does not apply to international orders being sent outside Australia, as such any warranty claim would need to be returned back to Australia for assessment.
