I have purchased three of the Kyocera/Aeropress combo's from your store. That sholud, in itself, say what I think of this very simple yet effective method of brewing coffee! I purchased this combo originally as an away from home' method of enjoying fresh coffee, as quality' coffee shops are very hard to find. However a few of my dipping their toes in the real world of coffee friends have then borrowed them both to see if there really is a difference between what most people call coffee and what coffee truly sholud be. The aeropress is one of the most simple, yet effective, methods of producing a fresh coffee (obviously in conjunction with good beans and a grinder) wherever you are. I have played with Italian Stove tops, plungers (and whatever else i can get my hands on ;) ) and find that for the ease of operation and quality of output, this affordable contraption beats all these other portable systems. The result from the press, is imbetween an espresso shot and a long black. As mentioned it doesn't have any real crema, and it's not quite the intensity of a good shot, but is exceedingly clean and almost impossible to mess up! My only suggestion would be to ensure that when you go away with it you take a milk thermometer to ensure that the water and milk are at optimum levels.
