Aji Reusable Cotton Coffee Filter: V01
Aji Filters are sewn here in Melbourne, Australia. We make our filters from a hand loomed 100% Natural Cotton designed to make delicious creamy pour over coffee. Aji Filters are super easy to clean and are made to last.
Available in both 1-cup and 2-cup sizes, the Aji filter is compatible with many of your favourite cone-shaped coffee drippers including the Hario V60, Cafec Flower Dripper, Kono, Origami.
Easy Clean:
Aji Filters are made from a durable cotton that is super easy to clean, in fact majority of the spent coffee grounds will wash off just under the pressure of a running tap.
After brewing, discard your coffee grounds, invert your filter and run under water to rinse.
How to store your Aji Filter:
OPTION #1 (RECOMMENDED)
We recommend storing your Aji Filter in water when in-between brews.
Make sure you still clean your filter the exact same, but instead of air drying place your filter under water.
OPTION #2
If you don’t want to store your filter under water, you can let your filter air dry.
However! moist cotton is the perfect breeding ground for mildew, so to avoid any bacteria / mold growth wring out as much water as possible after cleaning and store in a warm area to dry as fast as possible.

WHAT DOES AJI MEAN?
‘Aji’ means taste and we chose this word to represent our brand as we needed to express just how important taste actually was when brewing with cotton.
Brewing with cotton can be challenging at times and having the more barriers to entry only make a good tasting cup of coffee more out of reach.
Brew with Aji and taste the difference.
