To savour a true Italian espresso you can begin with the Gaggia Classic Pro home espresso coffee machine. This home coffee machine is both easy on the budget and compact and with its water tank capacity of 2.1 litres. The gaggia classic coffee machine gives you all the tools you need to make cafe standard espresso at home.
With over 80 years’ experience honing the craft of espresso, Gaggia is committed to creating barista like moments in everyday households. Their Gaggia Classic Pro Stainless Steel machine is ideal for anyone who values the subtleties of quality espresso.
The chromed brass group head and filter holder are identical to those found on professional coffee machines. Along with the traditional Gaggia boiler and 15-bar pump, they guarantee a stable temperature throughout the entire brewing process. A three-way solenoid valve relieves pressure in the filter holder once extraction is complete, disposing of excess water to make cleaning easier.
The professional steam wand contains two steam outlets, allowing you to prepare creamy cappuccinos without hassle. For added convenience, the machine comes with three filters to accommodate both ground coffee and ESE pods. Classic rocker buttons and indicator lights are at once user-friendly and emblematic of Gaggia’s storied history.

PREPARING A CAPPUCCINO WITH A GAGGIA CLASSIC PRO!
To prepare a traditional cappuccino, we recommend: - using fresh whole milk at a cold temperature, preferably high quality. The density of the frothed milk will depend on the milk fat content. - using stainless steel, circular, rounded milk jugs, narrower at the top, with a spout, necessary to make cappuccino decorations. The steam wand will dispense all the steam required to froth the milk without bringing it to a boil. With two or three attempts and a little effort you will become experts in preparing cappuccino. Before starting, it is important to slightly move the steam wand outwards in order to insert the jug directly under it and facilitate the movements required to froth the milk correctly. At this point continue as follows:
