Delivery Time and Costs

We use Australia Post eParcel as well as various Couriers to dispatch all orders both within Australia and Internationally. If you are in Sydney you will also be able to select from same day 3 hour couriers, or click and collect from our warehouse in Pagewood just 10 minutes from Sydney CBD.

Shipping cost will depend on the size of your order and location, however you can check costs both directly on the product page or at checkout prior to entering any details.

Orders placed before 2pm AEST will be despatched on the same working day, and both Australia Post and the couriers we use deliver parcels Monday to Friday, generally between the hours of 8am to 6pm. On most items during checkout you will be able to select between standard and express delivery, however quoted delivery timeframes are indicative only.

Warranty

All our stock is 'Australian Delivered' as such covered by Australian Warranty which in most cases is manufacturer backed. The warranty does not apply to international orders being sent outside Australia, as such any warranty claim would need to be returned back to Australia for assessment.

Easy Returns

Returns are generally allowed within 14 days of purchase for most spare parts, accessories and brew gear, however some exclusions apply. If you have made your purchase using an eligible PayPal account, you may be eligible to have PayPal refund your shipping costs. For full returns policy please read our returns policy.
